Delivery
All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

⚠️ Please do not send back items without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Important Conditions

No cash refunds will be given. All approved returns will receive store credit for future use.

Store credit is valid for 3 months from the issue date. Unused credit after this period will be forfeited.

A handling fee of up to 25% may apply to all returned purchases.

Ambara Safety Wear cannot be held responsible for items ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully.
If you find your order to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to:

Refunds
